Theatre Preview: Goldilock, Stock and Three Smoking Bears

by Polly Hember

The sell-out alternative comedy Goldilock, Stock and Three Smoking Bears is returning to The Wardrobe Theatre after an immensely successful run last Christmas.

The gentle nursery tale is transformed by The Wardrobe Theatre as little Goldilocks is playfully reimagined as a silver-tongued East Londoner who finds herself mixed up with a notorious mobster with a predilection for chairs. A hilarious series of events unfolds as she finds herself on the run from a gang of bears, trying to escape having to do porridge.

Guy Ritchie’s cult classic and Goldilocks collide in this ludic comedy, it’s set to be a night of light-hearted lock, stock and laughter!
